Mommy Power Hour

This is an INTENSE 2 hour Power session where you and I will ZERO in on One MAJOR topic, obstacle, or project. This session is recorded, you are sent the recording and any notes, workflows, and materials. Prior to our call, you’ll be asked to complete a questionnaire, so that I can get SUPER familiar with your current situation and begin to prepare for our time together. Upon submission of your questionnaire, you will receive an email with a link to schedule our Power Hour. You will also receive a 30 minute follow up call two weeks after our Power Hour to discuss your progress and celebrate your WINS!

Mommy Means Business

The 2 month Mommy Means Business coaching program is a value-based package that includes 6 sessions. Each session is a minimum of 90 minutes. We cover foundational topics like childhood upbringing, mastering mindset, self-awareness, codependency, relationships, and other topics that shape how we show up in motherhood, at work, and in life. Yes, we also take a deep dive into your current situation and together create a plan for you to begin living life on your own terms.
